I have a confession: I am an extreme HOME BODY. Borderline hermit, actually. I can stay in-doors for days on end. Actually I once stayed inside for 3 months straight (low-point, never mind). I can stay in-doors so long that eventually the idea of going outside is a little bit challenging. It's the reason I wanted lots of big windows in my apartment and an outdoor space.

I must admit, nature wows me - both beautiful and scary, it evokes memories, ideas, and imaginings out of some horror fairytale (Clearly, Ivan Bilibin's illustrations and animations like Grimm's Fairytale Classics left a deep impression on me). Nature is fascinating. It's big, unknown, beautiful and menacing. In a word,
Nature is AWESOME // extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear.
