I create papercut ketubot for private clients in the Nouveau Judaica style.

What is a ketubah, you ask? A KETUBAH is a decorative marriage covenant used and exhibited in Jewish, non-denominational and non-traditional weddings and commitment ceremonies wherein the couple's vows to each other are declared.

I'm back!

Boy, I was gone for a long time! Well, 8 days. But it feels like a month in web years!

It was nice taking time off and seeing my family, though. Well, it will due for the next few months. I ate, I lounged, I finally saw Avatar, I slept on 3 different sofas in 3 different houses, and we went house-hunting. Back to work now. I might actually get around to photographing some papercuts I made a while back. It's been on my 'to do' list to post them here for months.

In the meantime, take a look at this video of Rob Ryan and his team cutting one of his gigantic papercuts. It's a goal of mine to make papercuts that big one day. I have to conserve my patience first, because that's A LOT of work!
