What is a ketubah, you ask? A KETUBAH is a decorative marriage covenant used and exhibited in Jewish, non-denominational and non-traditional weddings and commitment ceremonies wherein the couple's vows to each other are declared.
In December of 2013 Danielle contacted me to commission a ketubah in the theme of FLORA & FAUNA. Of course I jumped right on it! The design was to feature a small elephant and galloping horses, among other animals. Using the photos of Danielle's elegant flower arrangements and wedding gown I added lace to complete the design. Add a metallic antique gold background and we came up with this winner:
