custom | Field Flowers Lace

September 29, 2018

Tamar married Eric in an Orthodox wedding (she's Secular) and somehow in the consultation stage this marriage of different traditions, same religion translated in my mind into a mirror design so the ketubah could potentially be viewed top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top and still be the same. The bride was (in her words) a sucker for wild and field flowers so we crammed a lot of flowers in there, along with a few lace flowers from Tamar's chuppah fabric. Honestly, the resulting lush lacey effect was great. I watched a lot of Sense & Sensibility when I was drawing that day. Also, Three Men & A Baby for some reason…

It’s absolutely lovely! Thank you! We cannot wait until the big day and for us to display it on our wall for the rest of our lives. We appreciated working with you and sharing our ideas with you. It was a real pleasure. Thanks again!
